Need to submit a superbill for insurance reimbursement?
If you’re seeking reimbursement for our services, your insurance provider will need a superbill for each visit. You can find your superbill(s) in your Simple Practice portal.
To locate a superbill, log in to your account, go to the Billing Documents section, and look for the document(s) titled SB #.
