I believe every client is unique, which is why I bring a diverse toolbox of skills and therapeutic methods to our work together. Drawing from evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Child-Centered Play Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy, SPACE Therapy, and Positive Discipline, I tailor each session to meet your specific needs and goals. My focus is on identifying which tools may best support your individual growth and healing and molding a treatment plan for your specific needs.
